PG Creatives

Privacy Policy

Effective October 1, 2026

This policy explains what information PG Creatives collects through pgcreatives.com, how we use it, who helps us handle it, and the choices you have. PG Creatives is operated by MCINTEE LLC; in this policy "we" and "us" mean PG Creatives. It covers this website and the emails we send from it, not the client ordering portals or social media pages we link to.

The short version

  • We collect what you type into our contact form or newsletter sign up, plus basic visit statistics that we count ourselves.
  • We do not set cookies on your browser, and we do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or retargeting.
  • We never sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
  • Videos play through Vimeo, which loads only when you press play and may set its own cookies.

Information you give us

Contact form

Your first and last name and email address are required. Your phone number, company, the service you need and your message are optional. When you send the form we also store the browser description your device sends (its "user agent"), a one way hashed form of your IP address, how long the form was open, and how your visit began: the website that sent you, the first page you saw, and any campaign tag in the link you followed.

Newsletter sign up

Your email address and, if you choose to give it, your first name, along with the date and the fact that you signed up on this website.

Email and phone

If you email or call us directly, we keep what you send us so we can help you.

Clients on our mailing list

We also add real estate professionals who have booked with us to our newsletter list, using the name, email address and company from our booking records. Every newsletter lets you unsubscribe in one click.

Information collected automatically

Visit statistics

We count visits with our own simple counter, not a third party analytics service. For each page you view it records the page, the domain of the website that referred you (not the full address), whether you are on a phone, tablet or computer, the time, and a visitor code made by hashing your IP address together with a secret value. The IP address itself is not stored in these records, and we do not link them to your name or email.

Session storage

The site keeps one small note in your browser's session storage, called pgc_first_touch. It holds the referring domain, your first page and any campaign tag, so that a contact form message can tell us how your visit began. Your browser deletes it when you close the tab, and it only reaches us if you send the contact form.

Hosting, security and spam protection

Our host, Vercel, processes standard request information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request in order to deliver the site and keep it secure, and keeps short term logs of those requests. To protect our forms from abuse we briefly record IP addresses to limit repeated submissions; those records are generally cleared within a day. When you send a form, Vercel BotID runs a check in your browser to tell people apart from automated scripts. Messages are also scored automatically for spam; a message that looks like spam is stored for review but not forwarded to us.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies on visitors' browsers, and we do not use cookies for analytics or advertising. The only cookies our own code sets belong to the private sign in area our staff use to manage the site, and they are strictly necessary for that.

Our videos are hosted by Vimeo. Nothing loads from Vimeo until you press play. When you do, the player loads from Vimeo's servers, which receive your IP address and browser information. We ask Vimeo not to track viewing sessions, but Vimeo and its security provider may still set cookies needed to deliver the video. Vimeo's handling of that information is covered by the Vimeo Privacy Policy.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them, though a video may not play.

How we use information

  • To answer your inquiry, prepare a quote and schedule your shoot
  • To send our newsletter to people who signed up or have worked with us
  • To understand which pages and channels bring visitors to the site, in aggregate
  • To keep our forms free of spam and protect the site from abuse
  • To operate, maintain and improve the website
  • To comply with the law and enforce our Terms of Use

Calls and texts

If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you personally to respond to your request. We do not send automated or marketing text messages, and we do not add your number to any marketing list. If you would rather we only email you, say so in your message or reply to tell us.

Our newsletter

Newsletters are sent through our email provider, Resend. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, and mail apps such as Gmail and Apple Mail can unsubscribe you in one click. Unsubscribing takes effect right away. We keep a record of addresses that have unsubscribed, bounced or reported a newsletter as spam, only so that we never email them again.

Our email provider tells us whether each message was delivered, bounced or marked as spam, and we use that to stop sending to addresses that cannot or do not want to receive it. Our emails load pictures from this website and a typeface from Google Fonts, as many emails do; your mail app may let you block remote content.

Who we share information with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, and only for that purpose:

  • Vercel, which hosts the website and provides its security and bot protection
  • Neon, which hosts our database
  • Resend, which sends our emails
  • Google, which provides the business inbox where contact form messages arrive
  • Apple, Google and Mozilla push services, which deliver new inquiry alerts to our own devices; an alert shows your name, the service you asked about, your phone or email, and the start of your message
  • Vimeo, which plays our videos when you press play

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or anyone's safety, or to a buyer or successor if our business is sold or reorganized.

We do not sell personal information, rent it, or share it for cross context behavioral advertising, and we have not done so in the past twelve months. Because of that, a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser does not change anything here, and we would treat one as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing.

Our site links to other services we do not control, including our client ordering portals (run by Spiro), Instagram and Facebook. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.

How long we keep information

  • Inquiries are kept while we are working with you and afterward as part of our business records, until you ask us to delete them or they are no longer needed.
  • Messages flagged as spam are kept until we review and delete them.
  • Newsletter subscriptions are kept while you are subscribed. After you unsubscribe we keep only your email address and its status, so we can honor your choice.
  • Visit statistics contain no name, email or IP address and are kept for traffic reporting.
  • Abuse limits that record IP addresses are generally cleared within a day.

Security

The site is served only over encrypted connections, access to our records is limited to the people who run PG Creatives and the developer who maintains the site and is protected by sign in, and in our own records a visitor's IP address is kept only in hashed form, apart from the short lived abuse limits above. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send us sensitive information such as financial account or government ID numbers through the website.

Your choices and rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, give you a copy, correct it, or delete it, and you can unsubscribe from our emails at any time. Residents of some states, including California, have these rights under state law; we honor them for everyone. To make a request, email pgcreativeswisconsin@gmail.com. We may ask you to confirm the request from the email address it concerns, so that we do not hand your information to someone else. We will respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent, and if we decline a request you can reply and ask us to reconsider. We will never treat you differently for using these rights.

Children

This website is meant for adults and businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Where information is handled

We serve clients in Wisconsin, and our records are stored and processed in the United States.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so clearly on this page.
