• Send spam, sales pitches or false information through our forms
• Try to break into, overload or disrupt the site, or get around its security or spam protection
• Use the site for anything unlawful

The photographs, videos, text, logos and design on this site are owned by PG Creatives or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Showing them here does not give anyone a license to use them. You may share a link to any page, but you may not copy, edit, download or reuse our work without our written permission.

If you are a client, your right to use the work we deliver to you comes from your booking with us, not from these terms. Our standard usage license is described in the questions and answers on our home page.

If you believe something on this site uses your work or your property without permission, email us at pgcreativeswisconsin@gmail.com with the details and we will look into it promptly.

Prices, packages and turnaround times on the site are a general guide and may change. They are not an offer. Your booking, quote or order confirmation sets the actual terms of any shoot, and those terms control if they differ from anything on this site.

When you contact us or sign up for our newsletter, please give accurate information. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in every email.

The site links to and embeds services we do not control, such as Vimeo, our client ordering portals (run by Spiro), Instagram and Facebook. Their own terms and policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the site, express or implied, including that it will be uninterrupted, error free or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent the law allows, PG Creatives and MCINTEE LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms do not change any agreement we have with you for a booked shoot.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin.

We may update these terms. When we do, we will post the new version here and change the effective date at the top. Using the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
